Founded by clinical psychologist Sandy Snodgrass, whose son Bruce was tragically killed by fentanyl poisoning in 2021. In the time since, Sandy has dedicated herself to sharing her story to increase awareness and emphasize the importance of Naloxone kit availability and training. She has also advocated for legislative action, leading to the signing of Bruce’s Law to support public education and prevention efforts.
